Overview
The city of Platte County, Mo. adopted the following codes:
- The International Building Code, 2018 edition.
- The International Residential Code, 2018 edition.
The published municipal code lists the 2006 edictions. But, the document is from 2016. Platte County, Mo. Muni. Code, Title V (adopted).
PLRB contact the county on July 31, 2020. We learned that the 2018 IRC and IBC are enforced.
